Drawing Mistakes

Here is a sketch I did this week... I'm not too happy with it. I've come up with several reasons.

*The eyes are too high. The head is too long because of the eye placement. Nose, mouth and chin are correct in position and proportion but the shoulder is too high and the neck is too short.

Things to think about when doing next few drawings:

Once the basic frame of the face is drawn in, cross refference and use measuring

Do not render to quickly, STOP TO CORRECT PROPORTION

Sketchin till it HURTS

I'm in major drawing mode right now... I'll be posting some sketches I'm drawing from reference. I haven't done this kind of thing in a long while, and I plan on doing at least 1 a day if not 2. This summer gives me a lot of room to study.

The Fruitful Beginning
